Laurel Mayor Craig A. Moe hires Audrey Barnes, an Emmy-award winning television journalist as Director of Communications for the City. Barnes will be in charge of coordinating news coverage of Laurel, expanding the City’s social media and community outreach, and revamping the city’s public access television station.
